BLACKPINK Members Share Tips to Stay in Shape with Diet Plans

BLACKPINK members revealed the secrets behind their lean body.


It's not a secret that all members of the group have an ideal body, with their tiny waists -- just what every girl dreams of. Recently, the girls sat down for an interview with fashion and lifestyle magazine COSMOPOLITAN and revealed their diet plans.

Jennie revealed, "I routinely work out. I choose to focus on one kind of work out. I like flying yoga but nowadays, I also do Pilates." She continued, "I also eat healthy food after working out. I like avocado so I eat avocado salad and detox juice every day. I eat lightly for dinner so that I can eat in a bigger portion the next day. I think everyone can do the diet in a fun way after he/she find the appropriate way."

Unlike Jennie, Lisa revealed that she doesn't like working out. She said, "When I see people working out, I always follow them but ended up failed. However, I drink detox juice every day just like Jennie Unnie."

Rose said, "I have recently started Pilates. I'm trying to do it once in two days. For food, I don't put much concerns but I like eating a lot of veggies. I like paprika and carrot. I prefer fruits to chips for snacks."

As for Jisoo, she confessed that she is the type who gains weight easily. She explained, "I gain weight easily. However, since I spend times with the other members, I think my body slowly changes. I'm no longer gaining weight easily. I don't go to the gym and I only dance. Because we have plans to hold concerts, it seems like we have to train better."
