Skincare Brand Tony Moly Apologizes for Their Unprofessional Handling at BTOB`s Fan Event

The brand has released apology statement for their management of BTOB's fan event.
On May 17th, BTOB came to a fan signing event for the brand Tony Moly. The group has become the model of the brand and they held an exclusive fan signing event, which only let chosen fans to enter -- just like the other fan signing event. However, many fans were furious at the brand's management at that day and claim that they are not professional at all.

The official statement from the brand reads,
"This post is related to 'Tony Moly X BTOB' fan signing event which was held on Friday.
Due to the emergency, a lot of chosen people cannot come to the event so that we picked fans who came to the venue.
We would like to sincerely apologize to everyone who has joined the event.
We wanted to fulfill our promise to our fans and we would like to ask for your understanding that we chose winners at the venue.
We once again apologize for that.
Tony Moly always thank fans who have shown much love and we are always open for your suggestion."
It was all happened since many fans who had been chosen for the fansign were not present. The staff decided to let the fans who were around to watch the fansign in. According to fans on site, despite of the group's packed schedule, BTOB was asked for more autographs for fans.
